JOYFUL BUILDER
HOW IT ALL STARTED
Mallory Martin is a speaker, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for helping people discover the unique way God has designed them to make an impact. After careers in professional sports and at International Justice Mission, she founded Mended, a social impact home goods company that partners with survivors of modern-day slavery in South India to create beautiful, artisan-made textiles. Through every season of her career, Mallory has been driven by a desire to build meaningful relationships, create opportunities for others, and remind people that restoration is always possible.
Originally from Missouri, Mallory now lives in Dallas, Texas, with her husband, Carter, and their two children. When she's not leading Mended, you'll likely find her around a table—cooking, hosting friends in her home, or gathering people together over a shared meal. She believes some of life's most meaningful conversations happen around the table and that simple hospitality, lived with intention, has the power to change lives.
Living out my purpose as a business builder and joyful story-teller.
Let’s get to know each other. THREE FUN FACTS ABOUT Mallory.
NO. 1
I’m fiercely competitive. I enjoy (winning at) pickleball, board games, coaching my daughter’s volleyball team, cards and escape rooms (I’ve done close to 100 with my cousin).
NO. 2
I have a company full of colorful and pattern-heavy textiles, but my house and my own personal “style” is completely neutral and pattern-free.
NO. 3
I enjoy reading but I avoid non-fiction. I rarely read leadership, self-help or even Christian books (outside the Bible). Give me historical or literary fiction and a beach read all day.
